As we delve deeper into our series on digital minimalism, a crucial aspect we must address is its impact on mental health. While I’m not a psychologist, my collaboration with an NHS Mental health nurse and clinical psychologist, as the founder of abriellacare.com, combined with my intensive study and practice in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), has given me unique insights into the intertwining of our digital habits and mental well-being.
